Terms and Conditions

These terms govern every purchase on this store, operated by MBU Trade B.V. — full company details on our company information page. By placing an order, you accept them. Plain language where the law allows; precise language where it doesn't.

The store, and who it's for

Deluxerie sells lingerie, intimate apparel, adult products and related items. The store and its communications are intended for adults — by ordering, you confirm you are 18 or older.

Ordering

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we send the order confirmation email. In the rare case of an obvious error — a clearly wrong price or a stock mistake — we may cancel the order and refund you in full, and we'll tell you why.

Changed your mind before it ships? Contact us as soon as possible — cancellation before dispatch is generally possible. One exception: made-to-order handmade leather pieces can't be cancelled once production has started (goods made to your specifications).

Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include VAT. Payment is handled at checkout via the methods shown for your region (card and wallets via Stripe, and where available cash on delivery or bank transfer). Your statement shows "MBU TRADE" and your order number — never the product or store name.

Refunds are always based on the amount actually paid for the item, including any promotional or sale price at the time of purchase — not the price listed at the time of return.

Delivery

We ship with established carriers; the options, costs and estimated times for your address are shown at checkout. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns, exchanges and withdrawal

Our return policy gives you 30 days to request a return — a voluntary extension of your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. For hygiene reasons, sealed intimate items can't be returned once the seal is broken — both pages explain exactly how this works. Store credit issued by us carries a +10% bonus and never expires. Free gifts have no cash value; if you return an entire order but keep the free gift, its value (minimum €5) is deducted from your refund.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as an EU consumer. The legal guarantee of conformity applies to every purchase: if an item is defective or not as described, contact us and we'll make it right in line with EU and Dutch law.

Reviews and content you share

By submitting a review or photo, you grant us a non-exclusive right to display it in the store, translate it into our store languages, and use it in the store's review sections. You keep ownership. We show your name only as first name plus last initial.

"Deluxerie" is an EUIPO-registered trademark of MBU Trade B.V. Product photography and store content are ours or licensed — please don't reuse them without permission.

Law and disputes

Dutch law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. We'd genuinely rather fix a problem than argue about it — customerservice@deluxerie.com, seven days a week.

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to new orders from its publication.
