Every order ships tracked, in plain unbranded packaging, from our EU operation. Here's how delivery works.
The essentials
Delivery time: currently 2–9 business days across the EU, depending on your country.
Tracking: you receive a tracking link by email the moment your parcel ships — or check any time via track your order.
Free shipping: qualifying orders ship free — the current threshold is always shown in the bar at the top of the store and at checkout.
Packaging: plain and unbranded, always. Nothing on the outside hints at what's inside.
Carriers
We work with established carriers — GLS, FedEx, DHL eCommerce, PPL and trusted local postal services — selected per country for the most reliable route. The options and exact costs for your address are shown at checkout, and your shipping email names the carrier handling your parcel.

Where available in your region, you can choose a pickup point, parcel shop or locker at checkout instead of home delivery — same discreet packaging, collected on your schedule.
