We'll be honest: we're not going to fill this page with big words. Sustainability is a journey and we're early in ours — so here's what we actually do today, nothing more.

Small things, done every day

Plain packaging, less of everything. Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging — a compact mailer, not an oversized box. No glossy prints, no branding layers, no promotional inserts: what protects your privacy also takes up less space, in every truck and on every shelf.

Carbon-conscious delivery. Our delivery partners run carbon-neutral shipping programs, and every Deluxerie parcel ships under them — a small surcharge we pay on every order, so you don't have to.

Returns with a second life. Every return is individually inspected — and pieces that come back untouched, seals intact, go on to a new home. Our inspection-first policy exists for hygiene, but it also means good pieces don't go to waste.

Built in the Europe, shipped in the Europe. We operate from the Netherlands and serve Europe — shorter distances, smaller footprint than shipping from the other side of the world.

What we won't do

We won't call ourselves green, print leaves on boxes, or make claims we can't prove. When we take real steps worth telling — better materials, better packaging, verified programs — you'll read them here first.
