Cookie Policy

Cookies keep your cart alive, your session signed in, and — only if you allow it — help us understand how the store is used. Here's exactly what we set, honestly.

Nothing optional runs by default. When you first visit, only strictly necessary cookies are active. Analytics and marketing stay off until you choose — Accept all, Reject all, or Customize, all equally one tap. Change your mind any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.

Cookies we set ourselves

dlx_cart — keeps your cart between visits. 180 days. Strictly necessary.
dlx_wishlist — keeps a guest wishlist. 30 days. Strictly necessary.
dlx_consent_v1 — remembers your cookie choices. 6 months. Strictly necessary.
Session cookies — keep you signed in to your account. Strictly necessary.

We also use your browser's local storage for small conveniences (recently viewed pieces, a checkout draft so a refresh doesn't lose your details) — first-party only, never for tracking.

Third parties — the honest version

Google Analytics — sets cookies (_ga, _gid) and measures visits ONLY after you allow Analytics. Until then, the tool runs in a fully denied mode: no analytics cookies are stored and no browsing data about you is sent.

Meta (Facebook) Pixel — sets its cookie (_fbp) and measures ad performance ONLY after you allow Marketing. Until then it is revoked: no cookie, no events, no personal data.

Stripe — our payment provider sets its own cookies (__stripe_mid, __stripe_sid) on the cart and checkout pages. These exist for payment security and fraud prevention and are strictly necessary for paying — they are not used to track you across the web by us.

That's the complete list. No hidden trackers, no ad networks beyond the above, nothing pre-ticked.

Managing cookies

Use "Cookie settings" in the footer to change your choices, or clear cookies in your browser (note: clearing dlx_cart empties your cart). Questions: customerservice@deluxerie.com.
