Shipping & Delivery

With an order amount from £50.00 you pay no shipping costs. If your order amount is less than £50.00, the shipping costs via Royal Mail are £4.00 per order.

During your purchase, you will receive an estimated delivery date. Please note that the estimated delivery date is not a guaranteed timeframe for your order. The estimated delivery time is automatically calculated based on the product’s stock and delivery to the big cities. Additional time for delivery may be required for remote areas. Deluxerie is not responsible for delayed shipments to remote areas or regions where couriers are performed at certain schedules or addresses outside the mainland.

You will receive a confirmation of the shipment when your package leaves our warehouse, including your Track & Trace code. This will be sent by automatically to the email address you provided during your purchase. All our shipments are insured during transport. Make sure you are available to accept your delivery at the time of delivery. Deluxerie does not take any responsibility for lost or stolen orders after delivery. If your order has been returned to us due to unavailability, Deluxerie reserves the right to charge the customer for the second attempt.

If you have not received a Track & Trace code, please also check your spam / junk inbox. If you do not know your Track & Trace code or if the status of your delivery has not changed in several days on the courier’s website, please feel free to contact our customer service to investigate the matter for you. In case of a problem, Deluxerie will contact the courier to resolve it as soon as possible.

Check your package before accepting delivery. If your package has been damaged in transit, please refuse to receive it and file a claim with the courier immediately.
